Through It All You Got To Stay Faithful

Updated: Jun 24, 2021

Faithfulness is an important quality we need as believers in Christ Jesus. Jesus showed us what it means to live a life of faithfulness through his obedience to the word of his Father. When we study the life of Christ, we notice that He was not tired of being faithful to God And carrying out the the will of God on earth. In many situations of suffering, humiliation, and even unto death He was obedient to God. Just like Christ, we have to be faithful and stand firm in tough situations.

It’s going to be times were your faith is going to be tested. Tested On your job, tested in your home, tested with your finances, tested with your health but through it all you going to have to stay faithful To God. When you have endured God will Bless you. James 1:12 (NLT) “ God blesses those who patiently endure testing and temptation. Afterward they will receive the crown of life that God has promised to those who love him.“ James echoes the thought begun in verse 2 where he called on believers to categorize hard times as joyful things. Why?

Because our faith only grows stronger when tested by trials. When you trust God through your trials it pushes you toward God to trust him more and more deeply. It is trials and tribulation in our life that refines our trust in God and increases our dependence upon the Lord. That’s why it’s so important to stay faithful to God at all times.

1st - Be unwavering in your belief in Him

No matter what happen you must stay strong and immovable in your belief in Him.

It is best that you establish yourself in the truth of God's Word and choose to believe who He is and what He has said no matter what

Trials, deceptions and challenges we might face.

2nd - Separate yourself from the world's thought patterns and practices

Being a citizen of heaven, you got to set your mind on things above

And on everything in heaven

Do not be conformed any longer to the pattern of the world.

Romans 12:1-2 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service. 2 And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.

3rd - Obey what God said in His Word

Jesus said that if you love me keep my commandments

Loving God with our mouths alone is like saying your wedding vow today then divorcing or separating from your spouse the next day. You have to make a commitment within yourself that you are going to stay faithful in spite of the circumstances and obey his word, these are the keys to being faithful through it all.

In closing you have to show your love to Jesus by obeying His commands. Stay faithful to God at all times. No matter how hard it gets stay faithful. Jesus showed you and I that through faithfulness we can overcome anything the enemy throws our way. Today I encourage you whatever trials, circumstances you may be faced with stay faithful in all you do and Jesus will see you through.
